How to Order

We are pleased to accept orders by post or online. Please keep a copy of your order for your records, check delivery upon receipt & advise us of any errors within 7 days.

Payment

Online Orders
We are pleased to accept payment by credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Switch and Maestro).

Orders by Post

We are pleased to accept payment by postal orders or UK cheque in addition to credit/debit cards, however please see Postage and Packing section below.

Please check your adding up, as underpaid orders may be adjusted by having packets reduced.

Bulk Orders

If you require larger (bulk) quantities of seed than those shown in our catalogue, just contact us and we will be pleased to provide a quote for your requirements.

Postage & Packing

We aim to send orders within 10 working days of receipt of order. However, if you haven¹t received your order within 4 weeks please contact us to check. Please bear in mind that January to­ March are our busiest months.

Please note that despatch of your order may be delayed if paying by cheque owing to cheque clearance times.

Please add 95p towards Postage & Packing on all orders. Please note that we cannot accept self addressed envelopes.

In order to prevent delays in posting, please ensure that we have your correct details at all times.

Contacting Us

Our working hours are 9am to­ 5pm Monday to Friday, from the beginning of October to the end of April, and part time outside of these dates. In addition the office will be manned outside of these hours in the peak season.

The seed catalogue is valid until 30th June 2012, when a new catalogue will automatically be sent to everyone ordering this season.

Our Catalogue

We reserve the right to change any information in our catalogue, ­please see www.wallis-seeds.co.uk for up to date information. We may amend the price or quantity of seed should it become necessary ­ e.g. due to fluctuations in the exchange rate or other events beyond our control. We will however endeavour to update our website immediately to reflect these changes.

If a variety of seed becomes unavailable, we will endeavour to update the website as soon as possible. However should a variety be out of stock upon receipt of your order, we will try and select a suitable replacement or you may suggest suitable alternatives with your order.

If no alternatives are available or if your order is overpaid we will issue a credit note.

All data is reproduced from our knowledge and that of our suppliers, any errors are unintentional.

Overseas Orders

We are pleased to accept overseas orders provided that the delivery address is within the European Union. Please add £1.95 postage and packing to reflect the higher postal charges. Minimum Order Value £15.00 Payment for overseas orders should either be made by credit/debit card or by cheque (drawn in sterling and payable within the UK). We regret that we are UNABLE to send any of the following seeds or products overseas:- Peas, Beans, Green Manure, Grass Seed, Water Gel Crystals, Yellow Flycatchers or Natural Predators

Refund and Return Policy

In line with other seed companies, Wallis Seeds will not be liable for any costs or expenses other than the actual amount paid for any item purchased from us. Subject to our discretion, we will issue replacement seed or a credit note; however we will not accept responsibility for poor weather conditions or failure to follow the instructions for sowing. Your statutory rights are not affected.

If you suffer poor germination - please advise us in writing, within 1 month of suggested sowing time, enclosing the seed packet. This allows us to respond quickly to all our customers.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please telephone us immediately with your request. If your order has not been despatched at the time of your call, then we will arrange for the order to be cancelled and any payment taken will be refunded in full.

Privacy Policy

Wallis Seeds is committed to protecting the privacy of our site, customers and visitors. We will not disclose any information about our customers to third parties except where it is part of providing a service to you in so far as delivery arrangements and carrying out necessary credit and other security checks.

We will use your personal data for the purposes of processing your order, payment and delivery.

We will not sell or transfer your name, address, e-mail address, credit card information or other personal information to any third party without your permission.

We comply with the standards, procedures and requirements laid down in the UK Data Protection Act to ensure that the personal information you give us is kept secure and is processed fairly and lawfully.

We may also from time to time send you email newsletters to inform you about our products, services and promotions from Wallis Seeds. If you do not wish to receive email newsletters simply unsubscribe from the newsletter email at any time by sending an email to our orders@wallis-seeds.co.uk and in each case write \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\"UNSUBSCRIBE\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\" in the subject heading.
